The Beach (after winter) – There is a small chance that it will be located on the beach during winter. If you find it, then you’ll be able to harvest it for free.
The Quarry – The quarry is located north-west of Pelican Town and contains iron ore deposits. You can find clay in these deposits as well as coal, iron ore and gems. The quarry is open all year round and requires an axe or pickaxe to enter or exit it.

Here’s how to build a silo in Stardew Valley:
Buy a tile from Robin at the Carpenter’s Shop. The cost of this tile is 200g and it can be purchased any time of year.
