What Kind Of Sheets Do You Use On A Split King
I am looking for a sheet set that will fit a split king bed.
I have an older mattress that is not quite as wide as the newer ones, so I have to use two sheets to cover it. I have a hard time finding sheets that fit correctly. The ones I currently have are microfiber and they don’t stay on very well.
What kind of sheets do you use on your bed?
I have a split king and use regular king size sheets. I find that they fit perfectly. They are a little long, but they are still usable.
I also have a queen bed and use both regular queen size and full/double sized sheets on it. The full/double sheets fit best and the regular queen size is really too small for the bed.
I’m looking for new sheets for my split king bed. I’ve been using a set of queen size sheets that I bought from Costco (pretty much the same as these) and they just don’t fit the bed well.
I’m looking for recommendations for a better fitting sheet set that will work on a split king bed (with split base). If you have any experience with different brands or types of sheets, please share!
Thanks in advance!
I have a split king bed and I use regular size sheets. I just buy the ones that are big enough to fit over the mattress and tuck them in on each side. The only time they come off is when I’m making the bed (which takes me about 3 minutes).
It’s worked well for me so far, but I am curious if there is a better way?
I have a king-size bed, and I’ve been using the same sheets for years. They’re from Target and are 100% cotton. They’re nice and soft, but not too soft. They’re also cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
I don’t really understand why people like linen sheets so much. Linen is great for summer because it lets you breathe, but it’s terrible for winter because it doesn’t insulate at all.
So if you want something durable, comfortable, and affordable, go with cotton. If you want something warmer in winter and cooler in summer, go with flannel or fleece—but be aware that they tend to get stinky after several washings (unless you use fabric softener).
