Now comes the fun part: building your own chassis! You’ll need to fabricate mounting brackets for the wheels and axles at each corner of the frame rails (or whatever type of suspension system you’ve chosen). You might also want to reinforce any weak points in your frame rails by welding or bolting on additional steel plates where necessary. If possible try not to cut through any structural components such as suspension mounts or floorboards; this will make repairs much easier later on down
