In the automotive world, there is no greater pull than a 1000hp GTR. They are incredibly powerful, capable cars. Despite this, you might be surprised to hear that building a 1000hp GTR is actually easier than you think.
Over the past years I’ve spent over $20,000 building a 1000hp GT-R. My goal is to show you the ways and provide you with the knowledge that can help you actually build one of your own without spending an extraordinary amount of money. I will include the things I have learned so you don’t have to make all the same mistakes I did.
How much does it cost to build a 1000hp gtr
So you want to build a 1000hp Nissan GTR. The question is, how much will it cost? Well, there are many factors that go into the price tag of your dream machine and we’re going to break them down for you as best we can. First off, we need to set some parameters. What kind of budget are we talking about here? Do you want a street car or track car? We’ll help you figure out what kind of budget your project should have depending on what you want out of it. So let’s get started!
The first thing to consider is how much power do you want? This will determine how much money you need to spend on the engine build itself. A stock-block Nissan GT-R V6 puts out around 550 horsepower at the flywheel in factory trim; an aftermarket turbo upgrade can add another 200 horsepower or so with minimal modifications (and more if you really know what you’re doing). By adding a larger turbocharger, upgrading the intercooler, fuel pump and injectors with high-performance parts from companies like APR and AWE Tuning, along with custom tuning from someone.

This build kit was designed by 2JZGTE Performance Group (2JZGTE) and comes complete with everything you need to make your GT-R go from 0 to 60 mph in just 2 seconds flat! This includes an upgraded intercooler, camshafts, fuel system upgrades and much more. The price starts at $26,995 USD for the kit only or $30,995 USD if you want everything included so that all you have to do is bolt it on your car and drive.
Here’s the list of parts needed to build a 1000hp Nissan GT-R.
The engine:
About $5,000 for the engine itself, and another $10,000 for all the other parts required to make it run. This is not including labor costs.
The transmission:
You will need a new transmission from Nissan or a company like HKS that specializes in transmissions for these cars. The cheapest option would be to buy a used 2008+ GT-R transmission for about $4,000. You can also get an aftermarket one such as one from DSSR for about $6,500 (only about 500 were made). If you want a warranty on your transmission then opt for the DSSR one or get an official Nissan unit rebuilt at an authorized Nissan dealership. You’ll need to replace the clutch when you swap out your transmission so add another $1,500-$2,500 to that cost if you don’t have one already installed. The flywheel will also have to be changed out since it is different between S15 and S17 models ($450). If you want to go with a 6-speed manual transmission then add another $3,000-$4,000 dollars to your budget.

This car is so powerful that you can’t even imagine how much power it has under its hood.
The engine of this car is a 5 liter V8 engine that produces more than 1000 horsepower! The engine has been tuned and modified so much that it can go from 0-60 mph in just 2.7 seconds, which is absolutely incredible for any car let alone a supercar like this one! The body of this car has been modified as well with carbon fiber parts all over it so it looks extremely cool when you see it driving down the road! There are also 22 inch wheels that come standard with this model which look absolutely amazing! You will love driving around in your new Nissan GTR 1000 HP build because you know that nothing can stand in your way when driving around in such an amazing vehicle!

It is a twin turbo 1000hp nissan gtr. This is the most powerful Nissan GTR in the world.
This car has been built by Liberty Walk and they have done a phenomenal job on it.
The engine consists of two turbochargers which are fed by two massive turbos that produce over 1000hp at their peak. The motor also has a top end of around 7200 rpm which is pretty impressive for any road car.
The car has been fitted with adjustable suspension which allows you to adjust ride height and spring rate depending on your needs and driving conditions. There’s also an aggressive body kit which helps reduce drag while increasing downforce at high speeds making this one hell of a fast car!
The interior has been completely stripped out so it can accommodate all this extra power without blowing up like most other cars.
The tires are super wide to help disperse all that power from those massive turbos into the ground with ease so it doesn’t break traction easily even when making large amounts of power!
