As a Sisense administrator, you are responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of your company’s Sisense software. This includes things like managing user accounts, setting up new users, and making sure that everyone is working on the most up-to-date version of the software.

Sisense Web Server
Sisense Web Server is the part of the Sisense platform responsible for receiving client requests, processing them, and sending back appropriate responses. It also handles all server-to-server communication between different Sisense instances.
The Sisense Web Server has several components, including the following:
Login server: Responsible for handling user logins and authentications.
Console server: Handles all user input to the server console.
Client connector: Handles requests made by clients that are not native browsers (such as mobile apps).

This guide will show you how to deploy and login to the Sisense Web Server.
The Sisense Web server is a service that runs on the same host as the Sisense Server and provides the web interface for your data. The Sisense Web server can be installed on the same machine as the Sisense Server or on another machine connected to it via a network.
Sisense server console
The server console is a web-based interface for managing Sense and the Sense App. It’s designed to be used from any computer with an internet connection, so you don’t need to be at your home to manage your Sense system. You can use it to check the status of your devices, change their settings and get information about their history.
The Sense server console is available through the Sense app or by going directly to https://my.sense.com/admin on your computer’s web browser (e.g., Chrome).
Installing Sisense Web Server
To install this service, use one of these methods:
– Use the installer application provided in [here]. The installer will configure everything for you automatically.
– Manually install it by downloading the package from [here], extracting it and then running setup_sisense_server.cmd
If you’re having trouble with Sisense Web Server, here are some things you can try:
* Make sure your server is up-to-date. In particular, make sure that the latest patches have been installed.
* Make sure your firewall is not blocking traffic on port 80 or 443 (the default ports for HTTP and HTTPS).
Sisense Port Locations
The Sisense server console ports are used to access the Sisense server console. The ports that are used are:
– 8080 (HTTP)
– 8443 (HTTPS)
These ports must be open if you want to access the Sisense console remotely.
