The name that you’ll use to connect to the Exchange Online service. This is the same name that was used when you signed up for Office 365. If you don’t know your Office 365 account name, see Find your Office 365 admin account.

The first thing you need to do is find out the name of your Office 365 Exchange Server. To do this, open Outlook, go to File > Account Settings and then click on the Account Settings button. A new window will open up and it will show you all of your accounts, including your Office 365 account.
