I spent a lot of time researching coolmax temperature regulating sheets due to the brutal summer heat of 110 degrees in Las Vegas. I wanted to find one that was affordable, worked well and wasn’t just a gimmick. Here are three sheets I found that helped me sleep better.
Thanks so much for stopping by. I’m so glad you made it! If you’re not familiar with me, exactly, that’s ok! I’m Kathy Ireland and most of you know me from my super successful House of Brighton line of comforters – but there’s so much more to me than my bedding line. I’ll tell you all about it in a minute…but first…are you enjoying this crazy weather? The high has been – 66 and low 6. It goes down to -80 degrees at night. Just got back from the grocery your carrying groceries inside in the cart because it’s just too cold! We love Alaska though and if we don’t like it we are always saying we should move someplace warm like California 🙂
Walmart for about a year now. We are able to regulate our own temperature so we’re not always fighting over the blankets. It’s amazing how comfortable they are and my husband loves snuggling up with them. They’re soft, silky smooth and keep us cool all night long.

I have to admit that I was a little skeptical when I first received these sheets because they were so thin. But after using them for a few nights now, I am sold. They are super soft and very comfortable to sleep on. They also keep me cool at night which is something that has been a problem for me since I had children (one of my kids kept kicking the blankets off).
The only downside is that they don’t seem to fit our bed very well (a queen size), but that’s not really an issue because we have extra pillows on each side anyway so they stay in place just fine without having to pull them up every time we turn over in bed!
Outlast Temperature Regulating Sheets
Outlast Temperature Regulating Sheets are the perfect solution for people who like to sleep on a cooler bed, but want to avoid turning up the thermostat to get their desired comfort level. These sheets use Outlast technology to help you stay cool when you need it, and warm when you want it.
The Outlast Temperature Regulating Sheets come in three different levels of warmth: Cooling, Neutral, and Warming. The Warming option is great for those who tend to run hot while sleeping, while the Neutral option can be used by anyone who likes a little extra heat without having to turn up their thermostat. The Cooling option is perfect for people who like a cooler sleeping surface or have trouble staying warm at night due to illness or injury.
These sheets are made from 100 percent polyester microfiber fabric, which is extremely soft and comfortable against your skin while also being durable enough to stand up to frequent washing in warm water without losing its shape or color fading over time. They’re also wrinkle resistant so that you can toss them in the dryer after washing them instead of having to iron them if you don’t mind wrinkles on your bedding.
The Outlast Temperature Regulating Sheets are the best selling sheets on Amazon.
The Outlast Temperature Regulating Sheets are made of a polyester and cotton blend, which makes them very breathable and comfortable to sleep on. The Outlast temperature regulating material is also hypoallergenic and antimicrobial, so it will help keep you cool during warmer nights and warm during colder ones.
The Outlast Temperature Regulating Sheets come in two different sizes: Twin/Twin XL (39″ x 75″) and Full/Queen (60″ x 80″). They have an 18-month warranty from the manufacturer, which is pretty impressive for a bed sheet set that costs less than $50.
You can buy these outlast sheets on Amazon or at Bed Bath & Beyond stores nationwide if you prefer to take them home in person rather than having them shipped to your door.
What Is A Temperature Regulating Blanket
A temperature regulating blanket is a blanket that keeps you warm when it’s cold, and cool when it’s hot. The blanket regulates itself to keep you at the right temperature.
Temperature regulating blankets are made of different materials, so they each have their own advantages and disadvantages. However, there are three main types:
Electric blankets
Thermal blankets
Waterbeds
A temperature regulating blanket is a blanket that’s designed to provide warmth or coolness as needed. These blankets are made with special fibers that have properties that change when exposed to different temperatures.
The fibers in the blanket will absorb or release heat depending on how hot or cold they get. They can also reflect infrared rays from your body like a thermos, which helps keep you warm in cold weather. And if it gets too hot, the blankets will release heat and keep you cool.
Temperature regulating blankets are a great alternative to regular blankets, especially for anyone who suffers from chronic pain or insomnia due to temperature sensitivity.
A temperature-regulating blanket is a blanket designed to maintain your body temperature at a consistent level. The blanket is designed to adjust its temperature based on the outside environment. The idea behind this is that as the weather gets colder, you turn on your central heating system and it heats up the house. This causes you to sweat in order to cool off, which can lead to dehydration and other health problems.
The temperature-regulating blanket works by controlling the amount of heat it lets out into the air around you based on the actual temperature of your body. If you are warm and uncomfortable, then it will let out more heat than if you are cold and comfortable.
In order to control this heat release, there are several different types of blankets available for purchase that use different methods for regulating their temperature output:
1) Heat Pump Blankets: These blankets have small electric pumps inside them that blow warm or cool air towards your body based on whether or not it needs more heat or less heat at any given time. These blankets tend to be quite expensive but they do provide an excellent level of comfort and control over your home’s heating system without having to manually change any settings yourself.
2) Electric Blankets: These blankets come fitted with a simple electric
Temperature regulating blankets are designed to help you maintain your body temperature when you’re cold, and keep you warm when the weather’s chilly. They’re made of materials like bamboo, wool and cotton, which breathe better than synthetic fibers and maintain their temperature more effectively.
Temperature regulating blankets work by trapping air, which helps insulate your body from heat loss. The trapped air also helps regulate your body temperature, keeping you comfortable at all times of year.
The process of trapping air in a blanket has been used for centuries. In ancient Egypt, people would wrap themselves in heavy linens during cold weather because they knew that it would provide some insulation from the elements. The same principle is at work today when we wear long-sleeved shirts or sweaters during winter months — both trap air within their fibers so that there’s less space for heat to escape through convection and conduction.
Temperature regulating blankets are a type of blanket that have been specially designed to help regulate your body temperature. They are often used by people who suffer from sleep disorders such as insomnia, restless leg syndrome and night sweats. These blankets keep you warm when it’s cold and cool when it’s hot, helping you to get a better night’s sleep.
Temperature regulating blankets can be either electric or manual. Electric blankets use micro-technology to regulate the temperature, while manual ones rely on air flow.
Temperature Regulating Blankets for Insomnia and Restless Legs Syndrome
Temperature regulating blankets are not just for keeping warm in the winter or cool in the summer; they’re also great for helping people with sleep disorders such as insomnia and restless leg syndrome (RLS). When you have an RLS attack, your legs feel like they’re moving constantly or itching uncontrollably, which makes it difficult to fall asleep or stay asleep all night long. Temperature regulating blankets can help with this because they keep your legs at a constant temperature throughout the night so that there is no change in sensation for you or your partner. This helps eliminate any distractions caused by uncomfortable temperatures so that you can get more restful sleep every night!
Outlast Mattress Space Technology
The Outlast mattress is the first mattress to use Outlast temperature-regulating technology. The Outlast Sleep System is made up of three components: a mattress, a pillow and sheets. The mattress is made with Outlast’s Phase Change Material (PCM) that acts as a temperature regulator, absorbing or releasing heat to keep you comfortable all night long. The pillow contains an internal layer of PCM that allows it to remain cooler than conventional pillows. The sheet has a special fabric weave that allows it to breathe and increase airflow across the body, helping you stay cool while you sleep.
The Outlast Sleep System was designed to keep you comfortable at night by regulating temperature-related discomforts like hot flashes, night sweats and sleep apnea. The system features two types of PCMs: phase change materials and reactive materials. Phase change materials absorb or release heat depending on your body temperature. Reactive materials change in physical form as they absorb or release heat in response to external stimuli such as ambient air temperature or body heat generated during sleep.
