I got this idea from a friend. He built a table using some 2×4’s and some 2x12s. I liked the look of it so I decided to make one as well. It didn’t cost me very much money and it was a great project for me to work on.

There’s not much to it really. All you need is some wood and some screws. The first thing that you want to do is measure out your boards and cut them down to size with a miter saw or circular saw. Then use some sandpaper to smooth out any imperfections along the edges of the boards. You can also use this time to sand down any rough spots on the surface of your table top itself if needed as well.
