Today I’m going to show you how to build a secret room in minecraft with pistons. I haven’t seen anyone building a secret piston door or room in a dungeon yet so why not be the first and learn the basics of redstone while at it.
There are many types of rooms or chambers that can be built in Minecraft. One such has been made by a Reddit user called TheOldCartoonist, using PISTONS whilst playing Minecraft on the Xbox 360 edition of the game.
How to build a secret room in minecraft
In this tutorial we will show you how to make a secret room in Minecraft. The secret room can be used as a hidden chest or home. We will also show you how to make it so that if someone opens the door they will fall into lava!
First, dig out the whole area that you want to be your secret room. Then put some lava at the bottom of it. Now, make sure that there is no way for anything to get in or out of your secret room! If there is any way for them to get in or out then all your hard work will be for nothing!
When you walk up to one side of the piston it should push down (if not then try placing another piston on its side). Now place some stairs going up on one side but don’t go all the way up yet! Place another staircase going down on the other side but don’t go all
How to build a secret room in minecraft with pistons, bedrock, and tnt.
Secret rooms are great for hiding things like mob farms or nether portals. I usually build secret rooms that are entirely hidden underground with bedrock at the top and pistons at the bottom. This makes it impossible for any player to get into your secret room unless they know how to break bedrock (and even then it’s still hard).
Let’s start off by making our base layer of blocks:
Next we’re going to need to find some stone slabs so we can make our secret room look nicer. You should be able to find some close by where you’re building your base layer of blocks.
Now because you’re going to be placing these blocks on top of each other we need to make sure there’s space between them so we don’t accidentally place a block on top of another one and mess up our walls! There are two ways I like to do this: 1) Build a wall of dirt or sand around your base layer so there’s no exposed blocks or 2) Place one block from your base layer inside your wall before adding any more stone slabs which will leave an empty space between them!
You can build a secret room in Minecraft by using pistons, bedrock and water. This is a great way to hide your valuables and also a fun way to prank your friends. The secret room will be hidden by placing layers of bedrock over it, making it impossible for anyone to find unless they know what they are looking for.
If you want to make this room yourself, then follow the steps below:
1) Build a wall in the shape of an L with a one block opening on one side. The opening should be big enough for you to walk through comfortably.
2) Place two blocks of bedrock on top of each other above where the opening is located. You can use any block that you like, but I recommend using stone bricks or cobblestone because these blocks look like normal blocks from far away and have no effect on gameplay or movement speed when placed as close together as possible.
3) Build another layer of walls around the top part of the L-shaped room so that it looks like a square box with an open roof and no ceiling. Make sure that there is no space between any walls so that players cannot jump over them without jumping into the water below or breaking through some wall blocks first

To make a secret room, you’ll need:
A bed
A few pistons
An iron door with redstone torches on either side
A glass block (optional)

Once those are in place, you can build whatever kind of structure you want inside the room without worrying about anyone seeing it from above ground level.

This tutorial is simple and easy to follow. You don’t need to be a master builder or have any building experience. The only thing required is patience and time!
The first thing you’ll want to do is build a 2×2 wooden box on the surface of the ground (see video). This room will be where you place all your valuables.
Next, dig down about 3 blocks deep into the dirt below your box, then place some blocks to create another floor in this hole (see video). This will become the ceiling for your secret room.
After that, place some blocks on top of this new floor so that it creates another layer above your first layer (see video). Then dig down 1 block deep into this new layer and place some blocks on top of it (see video). This will create an empty space between these layers so that they don’t collide when you place them next to each other later on!
Now it’s time for the fun part: placing pistons! You’ll want two pistons facing opposite directions next to each other with one piston head placed

1. The first step is to create a small room that will be hidden by the wall of pistons.
2. Next we will start building the wall of pistons, which will seal off our secret room.
3. Now that we have a wall of pistons sealing off our secret room, we can start decorating it!
The piston door is the easiest method to hide your secret room in Minecraft. All you need is some redstone and a few basic materials. If you don’t have redstone yet, it’s pretty easy to find because it makes a distinctive clicking sound when activated.
This secret room is hidden behind a piston door made out of cobblestone. You can make one for yourself if you want to hide some of your belongings from other players or mobs.
1. Make a wall
The first thing that you need to do is build a wall around the area where you want your secret room to be. Make sure that it’s at least 3 blocks high so that mobs can’t get inside and see what’s inside through the cracks between blocks.
2. Build an entrance
Next, place any kind of block (preferably stone) next to the wall where you want your entrance to be located, then right click on it with redstone dust in hand. This will create an opening into your secret room that only opens when someone walks up and clicks on it!
