Place another plank across these first two planks in order to make an X shape with them.
Next take more planks and place them vertically on top of this X shape until all gaps have been filled (you should have a total of four vertical boards). Finally, use branches or other pieces of wood to fill in any remaining gaps between planks until it looks like a real wall (with no big holes)
