This is the first ever dive coaster I have been on, so maybe that’s why it wasn’t as exciting as I thought it would be. The ride begins with a steep drop of 66 feet followed by an airtime hill and some high-speed turns. The train then goes through another airtime hill before making its way into the brake run.
The ride is very smooth but not very thrilling, which is not surprising since it only has two inversions.

Cedar Point History
Cedar Point was first opened in 1870 by the George Davis family, who established a small fishing camp on Lake Erie. The area was known as Cedar Point because of the abundance of cedar trees in the area.
In 1892, the Davis family decided to expand their business and build an amusement park at Cedar Point. They purchased more than 1,000 acres of land for $350 and built a boardwalk, bathhouse and other attractions for visitors.
In 1904, George Davis bought his first roller coaster from the Scenic Railway Company in Chicago. The ride was named Blue Streak and it was the first wooden roller coaster ever built with a steel track. In 1989, Blue Streak was removed from the park due to its age and replaced with Millennium Force (the world’s tallest and fastest roller coaster). But don’t worry – if you’re looking for some nostalgia, there’s still a piece of Blue Streak on display near Gate K!
