I’m a big fan of fruits for good eyesight. The color of fruits and vegetables is a good indication of the amount of nutrients they contain.

Blueberries are also high in antioxidants called anthocyanins. Anthocyanins may help prevent oxidative damage (caused by free radicals) in your eyes and other parts of your body.
