Watermelon is one of my favorite fruits for pregnancy! I love its sweet flavor and juicy texture! It also has a great combination of vitamins and minerals (including folic acid) that are perfect for nourishing mommy-to-be’s growing baby!
The only thing I don’t like about watermelon is how messy it can be! You have to cut up the whole melon before serving it (which means lots of seeds), or else pick out all those little red hairs before serving it (which means even more seeds…). Other than that, watermelon is a great choice!
