These are the doors that I made for the office. They are 32×80 doors with built in mini blinds on the inside. The glass is tempered and has a film on it to make it bullet proof. The frame is made of 2×4’s with 1/2 plywood on the outside, and 1/4 inch plywood on the inside. I used hinges from Home Depot that were pre-hung for about $10 each (you have to buy them as pairs). They have a nice latch system which makes it easy to lock/unlock, but still allows you to open it easily by hand. The blinds were purchased at Lowe’s for $60 each (the same ones they sell in their store), but they only had two sizes that would fit this door frame, so we had to cut them down a bit to make them fit properly.
