Whenever I describe to people what our club has been doing, they are as excited as I am to tell me they have built a pickleball court in their back yard, or that they want to build one. They want to know how much a court costs and whether it is possible for them to build one themselves. Then as we talk I hear them say things like: “I can’t believe how many people come over and play pickleball”, or “the whole family plays-even the dog!”. Then I know that’s for sure, we need to continue our mission, the passion is there!
