East facing plots are the ones that face east. They are considered to be inauspicious and should be avoided when building a house. However, there are certain things that can be done to lessen the ill effects of this type of plot.

West facing plots are considered to be auspicious and should be chosen when constructing a house. They have a positive effect on the residents of the house as well as on their health and wealth.

North-east facing plots are also considered to be auspicious as they have similar effects as west-facing plots but with added benefits like good fortune, financial gains and overall happiness. They are also preferred by those who like to do business from home since they help to improve communication skills.

Ground Floor Plan – Ground Floor Plan shows the first floor plan of your home. The first floor is the ground floor and consists of all the rooms that are located on ground level. It is also known as the basement level or first story. In this ground floor plan, you can see that there are 5 rooms in total (including one toilet and one kitchen). The living room has been divided into two separate rooms to make space for a dining area and kitchen. All rooms have been given proper lighting with windows.

First Floor Plan – First Floor Plan shows the layout of your house from top to bottom (inside). You can see that there are 3 floors in total with a total area of 688 sq ft (62sqm) each one having its own roofing system and facade design. For example, the first floor has an area size of 200 sq ft (19sqm) while second and third floors have an area size of 100 sq ft (9sqm) each one having its own roofing system and facade design

East facing plot 30×40 is a very good site for construction. The first floor plan for this site is given below.

The main entrance will be from the back side of the building and it can be used as a garage also. The kitchen is in front of the main entrance and there are two bedrooms on either side of it. There will be one balcony on the second floor and there are two balconies on each floor above this level. There are three bathrooms, one of them can be converted into a utility room.

The first floor plan is the most important part of the home. The first floor is where we spend most of our time in the house and where we entertain guests. The design should be such that it can be modified easily to suit your needs as a family or as an individual.
