Transferring file from one cPanel to another can be a difficult and arduous task. Most novice users don’t have the slightest idea on how to go about doing this. Thankfully, there are a lot of tools that can make the work easier. I’ve outlined all of these tools which will help you transfer files from one CPanel to another in the most efficient and fastest way possible.
Transfer File From One Cpanel To Another
If you have a backup of your current cPanel account, you can easily restore it on our servers. To do this, simply log in to your client area and click on the Restore button next to your server name. You will be asked to enter your backup password. Once you’ve done that, the restore process will begin immediately and it usually takes less than 5 minutes.
Transfer wordpress site from one cpanel to another
If you want to move your WordPress website from one hosting provider to another, then you will need to follow these steps:
1) Log in to the “WP-Admin” section of your website. You should see two buttons at the top right corner of this page – “Tools” and “Export”. Click on “Export” and select “Exclude wp-content folder” option under “Advanced Options” section. Then click on “Download Export File” button at the bottom of this page;
2) Now open up your FTP client (Commander One) and connect it with our server using SFTP protocol;

If you want to restore your backup on a new server, then you need to use the same cPanel migration tool. You have to select “Restore” option in the tool and enter your backup file. Then it will restore all of your accounts, settings and data on your new server.
There are many reasons why you might want to migrate your cPanel account. You could be moving hosting providers, or you could be moving your sites to a new server. Whatever the reason, it’s easy to transfer your cPanel account to another server.
Let’s start with the basics: How do you find out what your current cPanel username and password is?
You can do this by logging into your current cPanel account and clicking on the “Home” link in the upper-right corner of your screen. This will take you back to what’s called “Home” in cPanel (also called “Root”). Next, click on “Cancel” next to any pop-up windows asking for login credentials – this will bring up yet another window asking for login credentials. Log in as normal; this time around it should work without any problems since we’re already logged into our old server! Once you’ve logged in successfully, click on “Cancel” again and then go ahead and click on “Home” again – this should bring up a page listing all of your accounts on that server (if you have more than one).

Before we start transferring our files from one cpanel account to another I would like to tell you that there are some times when we need to restore our backup file on a new server or sometimes we just want to move our website from one hosting provider to another.
So here is how you can do it:
1) Open your FTP client and connect it with the ftp server of your current hosting provider where your website is hosted right now.
2) Now go inside public_html folder and create a new folder named backup (for example). Make sure that no other folder already exists inside public_html/backup folder because if yes then delete it first.
3) Next step is to upload all your backup files inside this newly created folder called backup which was created inside public_html folder of your current hosting provider.
The transfer file from one cpanel account to another can be done using a third-party software like Filezilla.
You can also restore your backup on new hosting server, but that depends on the type of backup you created in your old hosting account. If you’re using a simple copy and paste method, then it’s quite easy to do.
If you have MySQL database backup, you don’t have to worry about restoring it. Just simply upload the file on your new hosting server and import them in phpMyAdmin or any other database management tool.
In case if you have a WordPress site with all its data stored in MySQL database, then it will be a bit tricky because WordPress stores its data in many different tables which are not related to each other directly.
If you don’t want to move your website, but just transfer the cPanel, then it is possible.
Transferring a Cpanel account from one hosting provider to another is not that difficult. You need to take some steps before the migration.
1. Backup your cPanel account (including all its files and emails) with any of these tools:
* WebHost Manager (WHM)
* Softaculous
* FileZilla
2. Download the backup file from your old server and save it on your computer or laptop.3. Log in to your new hosting account and create a new cPanel account using the same email address as your old one (the email address that was used to sign up for both accounts).4. Now download the backup file from your old hosting provider and upload it into your new account’s home directory using SFTP or FTP client software like FileZilla or Cyberduck (or similar).5. In this way, you will be able to restore all the data from your old hosting provider into the new one!6. If you have more than one domain name registered with your old hosting provider, then please note that each domain name must be migrated separately into your new account!
