Fruit Paper Craft Activity
To make these vegetables, you will need:
- coloured craft paper of different colours
- craft glue
- pencil
- scissors
- Fruit Paper Craft Template
Instructions:
Print and cut out the patterns from the provided template. Select colored craft papers for each of the fruits.
First, we’re going to make the apple. Trace and cut out the apple pattern on a red (you can also use green) colored craft paper. Trace and cut out the stem on brown, leaf on green and the other pattern on white colored paper.
Now it is time to put the apple together. Glue the brown stem on the top middle part of the apple and then glue the white crescent pattern on any side of the apple pattern.
Glue the leaf on either side of the stem part.
Similarly, trace, cut and glue the patterns to complete each of the fruit crafts. Simply select colored craft papers as per the original fruit color and trace the patterns on it. Cut out the patterns using scissors. Here is another example, the orange this time.
Use craft glue for attaching the cut out patterns to complete the fruit craft.

3D Paper Fruits and Vegetables
3D paper fruits and vegetables are easy to make, a fun craft activity for kids, and they make great gifts! They are also a fantastic way to encourage children to eat more fruits and vegetables.
Materials:
Paper plates or circular pieces of cardboard (the bigger the better)
Scissors
Colored markers (optional)
Crafting with paper is a great way to create fun and vibrant craft projects. To make your own fruits, start by cutting out a square piece of paper. Fold the square in half diagonally, then open it up and fold each corner into the center. Next, fold each side of the triangle in toward the center so that it becomes a pentagon shape.
To make a carrot shape, cut off one end and fold down the top flap to create a flat side. Then fold up the bottom flap and secure it with glue or tape.
To make an apple shape, cut off two corners on either side of your square piece of paper so they resemble petals on an apple blossom flower.
For flowers and leaves, cut out two thin strips from your paper and wrap them around the stem of your fruit or vegetable design. For example, you can use a red flower for an apple stem or pink leaves for a pear blossom flower design on a yellow background for an orange fruit design like an orange or tangerine fruit design on a green background for an avocado fruit design like an avocado or kiwi fruit design on blue background for
How to Make Sweet and Sour Watermelon
Step 1: Cut out a watermelon shape from green paper. You can use a template or freehand it. I used a template for the top of the watermelon, but freehanded the rest of it.
Step 2: Fold your watermelon in half lengthwise, then fold it in half again lengthwise.
Step 3: Cut triangles out of your green paper for the seeds on your watermelon. Cut them out so they are about one inch long.
Step 4: Use glue dots to attach each seed onto your watermelon — one at each end and one in the middle (see photo above).
Step 5: Cut out another piece of green paper that is about three inches tall by five inches wide for the stem of your watermelon. Roll this piece up like a tube and secure with tape or glue dots at the top end (see photo above).
Step 6: Glue this tube onto your front side of your folded green paper to make it resemble a vine (see photo above).
